These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) define the terms and conditions for registration and use of the BEES-SAFE platform, enabling beekeepers to:
- To be listed on the swarm recovery map,
- To create an online store dedicated to their bee products,
- To benefit, if they wish, from enhanced visibility options via premium subscriptions.
Registration implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Registration and account creation
Registration is open to all beekeepers, professional or amateur, registered in accordance with current regulations.
During registration, the beekeeper:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Choose a free plan or, later, a paid plan.
- Can use an address provided free of charge by BEES-SAFE as part of their public profile.
- The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Free formula
The free plan allows you to:
- Registration on the swarm retrieval card,
- Display of public coordinates (according to the chosen parameters),
- The creation of a basic online store to showcase its beehive products.
BEES-SAFE reserves the right to limit certain features (promotion options, advanced statistics, priority positioning).
Premium and Premium Plus Subscriptions
The beekeeper can subscribe at any time:
🔶Premium Subscription
Including, in particular:
- Priority placement on the map,
- Improved visibility in search results,
- Additional store customization options.
🔷Premium Plus Subscription
Including:
- Reinforced positioning
- Specific visual emphasis,
- Advanced statistical tools,
- Additional promotional materials.
Pricing, payment methods, and renewal conditions are detailed on the platform.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Any period started remains due unless otherwise stated.
Beekeeper’s commitments
The beekeeper agrees to:
- To provide accurate information,
- Comply with applicable health and commercial regulations.
- Do not publish misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
- He is responsible for managing swarm retrieval requests and sales made through his shop. He is solely responsible for transactions concluded with customers.
Responsibility
BEES-SAFE agit comme plateforme de mise en relation.
In this regard:
- BEES-SAFE does not guarantee the actual conclusion of sales or interventions.
- BEES-SAFE is not responsible for disputes between beekeepers and clients.
- BEES-SAFE cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information published by users.
Personal data
The data collected is necessary for the service to function.
In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR), the beekeeper has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Account suspension or deletion
BEES-SAFE reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of:
- Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions,
- Fraudulent information,
- Behavior that damages the image of the platform.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
BEES-SAFE may modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Users will be notified in the event of any substantial changes.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where BEES-SAFE is registered.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
