In the context of a call or request via the platform for the recovery of a swarm, Bees Safe may collect the following data:
- Name / Surname
- Phone number
- Postal address or location of the swarm
- Description of the situation (type of swarm, height, accessibility, urgency)
- Photos submitted (if applicable)
This data is collected exclusively for:
- Connecting individuals with available beekeepers
- Organize the intervention
- Enable direct contact
- Ensure the monitoring and traceability of the intervention
- Preventing abuse or false statements
The data is transmitted only to the beekeeper concerned by the request.
They are neither resold nor used for commercial purposes without explicit consent.

3. Purposes of the processing

- Connecting individuals for swarm retrieval

4. Geolocation and map visibility
Beekeepers can choose:
- To appear or not on the interactive map
- To modify their area of intervention
- To temporarily suspend their visibility
Visibility on the map is based on the beekeeper’s consent, which can be modified at any time from their personal space.

The data can be transmitted:
- To beekeepers concerned by a request
- To technical service providers (hosting, payment, emailing)
- To the authorities if legally obligated
The data is never resold.
6. Shelf life
The data is stored:
- During the term of the contractual relationship
- 5 years on probation.
- 10 years for accounting obligations
- 13 months maximum for cookies
