GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

ARTICLE 1 – IDENTITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER

Bees Safe is a digital platform that connects beekeepers, individuals and professionals.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which Bees Safe offers:

  1. An annual subscription allowing beekeepers to have several addresses for the collection of swarms and the sale of bee products.
  2. An annual subscription allowing the posting and management of advertisements for beehive products.

Any subscription implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM

The Bees Safe platform is accessible online. Access to the services requires the creation of a user account.
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

ARTICLE 4 – “SWARM RECOVERY” SUBSCRIPTION

 

4.1 Description

This annual subscription allows the beekeeper to:

  • to have several addresses for collecting swarms and selling hive products,
  • d’être contacté par des particuliers ou professionnels.

4.2 Address Modification

The beekeeper can exchange, modify or replace the addresses associated with his subscription at any time during its validity period, without additional charges.

4.3 Non-refundable nature

The subscription is strictly annual and non-refundable, even in the event of partial or total non-use.

ARTICLE 5 – SUBSCRIPTION “ADVERTISING – PRODUCTS FROM THE HIVE”

 

5.1 – Definition of the token

A token grants the right to publish a product for a period of twelve (12) months from its activation date.
A token is consumed when a product is published online.

5.2 – Validity period

Each product published using a token benefits from visibility for twelve (12) consecutive months.
At the end of this period:
The listing becomes inactive.
It can be reactivated at any time by using a new token.

5.3 – No subscription

Purchasing tokens does not constitute a subscription.
There is no automatic renewal.
There are no recurring charges.

5.4 – Use of tokens

Tokens:
They are personal and linked to the seller’s account.
They are neither assignable nor transferable.
They cannot be converted into cash.

5.5 – Expiration of unused tokens

Unused tokens do not have an expiry date.

5.6 – Reimbursement

The purchased tokens are digital content delivered immediately after payment.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply
once performance has begun with the customer’s express consent.

ARTICLE 6 – Access to statistics according to subscription

Access to statistics depends on the type of subscription purchased by the user:

  • Basic Subscription: access only to statistics for the year 2025.
  • Premium Subscription: access to statistics for the year 2025 as well as statistics for the current year (2026 and subsequent years depending on the duration of the subscription).

The statistics available may change depending on service updates or platform developments.

The publisher reserves the right to modify or adapt the available statistical data, particularly in the event of service improvements or technical constraints.

ARTICLE 7 – RATES AND PAYMENT

Subscription prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Payment is due immediately upon subscription and is made via the payment methods offered on the platform.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

Bees Safe acts as a technical intermediary.
It cannot be held responsible for:

  • Regarding the quality of the products sold,
  • Regarding the conduct of transactions,
  • Swarm retrieval operations,
  • Disputes between users.

Each user remains solely responsible for their commitments.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and Bees Safe’s privacy policy.

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Bees Safe platform (texts, logos, visuals) are protected and remain the exclusive property of Medilys Global.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where the company’s registered office is located.
