Access to the services requires the creation of a user account.<br \/>The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. <\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 4 \u2013 \u201cSWARM RECOVERY\u201d SUBSCRIPTION<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4.1 Description<\/h3>\n<p>This annual subscription allows the beekeeper to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to have several addresses for collecting swarms and selling hive products,<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9 par des particuliers ou professionnels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4.2 Address Modification<\/h3>\n<p>The beekeeper can exchange, modify or replace the addresses associated with his subscription at any time during its validity period, without additional charges.<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 Non-refundable nature<\/h3>\n<p>The subscription is strictly annual and non-refundable, even in the event of partial or total non-use.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 5 \u2013 SUBSCRIPTION \u201cADVERTISING \u2013 PRODUCTS FROM THE HIVE\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5.1 &#8211; Definition of the token<\/h3>\n<p>A token grants the right to publish a product for a period of twelve (12) months from its activation date.<br \/>A token is consumed when a product is published online.<\/p>\n<h3>5.2 &#8211; Validity period<\/h3>\n<p>Each product published using a token benefits from visibility for twelve (12) consecutive months.<br \/>At the end of this period:<br \/>The listing becomes inactive.<br \/>It can be reactivated at any time by using a new token.<\/p>\n<h3>5.3 &#8211; No subscription<\/h3>\n<p>Purchasing tokens does not constitute a subscription.<br \/>There is no automatic renewal.<br \/>There are no recurring charges.<\/p>\n<h3>5.4 &#8211; Use of tokens<\/h3>\n<p>Tokens:<br \/>They are personal and linked to the seller&#8217;s account.<br \/>They are neither assignable nor transferable.<br \/>They cannot be converted into cash.<\/p>\n<h3>5.5 &#8211; Expiration of unused tokens<\/h3>\n<p>Unused tokens do not have an expiry date.<\/p>\n<h3>5.6 &#8211; Reimbursement<\/h3>\n<p>The purchased tokens are digital content delivered immediately after payment.<br \/>In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply<br \/>once performance has begun with the customer&#8217;s express consent.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 6 \u2013 Access to statistics according to subscription<\/h2>\n<p>Access to statistics depends on the type of subscription purchased by the user:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Basic Subscription:<\/strong> access only to statistics for the year 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Premium Subscription: access to statistics for the year 2025 as well as statistics for the current year (2026 and subsequent years depending on the duration of the subscription).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The statistics available may change depending on service updates or platform developments.<\/p>\n<p>The publisher reserves the right to modify or adapt the available statistical data, particularly in the event of service improvements or technical constraints.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 7 \u2013 RATES AND PAYMENT<\/h2>\n<p>Subscription prices are shown in euros (\u20ac), including all taxes (TTC).<br \/>Payment is due immediately upon subscription and is made via the payment methods offered on the platform.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 8 \u2013 LIABILITY<\/h2>\n<p>Bees Safe acts as a technical intermediary.<br \/>It cannot be held responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regarding the quality of the products sold,<\/li>\n<li>Regarding the conduct of transactions,<\/li>\n<li>Swarm retrieval operations,<\/li>\n<li>Disputes between users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each user remains solely responsible for their commitments.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 9 \u2013 PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and Bees Safe&#8217;s privacy policy.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 10 \u2013 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n<p>All elements of the Bees Safe platform (texts, logos, visuals) are protected and remain the exclusive property of Medilys Global.<\/p>\n<h2>ARTICLE 11 \u2013 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.<br \/>In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
